By the end of June 2011, GAiN has determined key strategic goals to accomplish and in order to complete these various activities, we need to raise the following funds:
- Water for Life Initiative – $195,500
- 23 additional wells, providing 23,000 people with clean water
- Disaster Response – $10,300
- send teams to Haiti for trauma training and counseling, medical clinics, community health education and construction projects
- Humanitarian Aid – $30,000
- shipment of 3 containers of aid (each containing Gifts in Kind valued at approximately $50,000 – $75,000)
- Development – $72,000
- rebuilding Ca-Ira orphanage in Haiti ($52,000) and construction of 8 church buildings in Africa ($20,000)
- Women & Children – $30,000
- support 50 new children in Southeast Asia, continued support to 66 children in Haiti
